Here’s a real close up of a pair of my mustard teardrops and fringe showing more detail in my work. All of my earrings are made out of fabric. They are double sided and have 7 layers of material… 7!! I spent MANY hours (trial & error after error), and a few tears getting the thickness and texture just right. They are basically weightless too which makes them even more fun to wear 😁.
I get the question, ‘how did you come up with this?’ all the time & my answer is ‘ideas just came to me, I honestly don’t know!’ It all started at the card-stock wall in Michael’s with paper & vinyl, then quickly moved to faux leather, to finally landing on fabric! The options are endless! It’s been quite the journey so far - looking forward to what’s ahead.
